Our extensive product range includes Couplers, Connectors, Bulb Holders, Cable Tie Clips, and associated products, precisely designed to meet the demands of automobile manufacturers.

We proudly serve OEMs and Tier-1 Wiring Harness Manufacturers for a wide range of vehicles, including cars, buses, trucks, and two-wheelers. Our commitment to quality and sustainability has earned us recognition as a 'Green-supplier' by Maruti Suzuki.

Our Connector manufacturing plant is situated in ‘Industrial Model Town,’ Faridabad. Also, we have a warehouse in Pune (Maharashtra), strategically positioned to serve the Western markets in India.

Equipped with an extensive infrastructure, our manufacturing facility comprises of 35 Fully Automatic, PLC Controlled, and All-Electric Injection Moulding Machines sourced from Japan, Philippines, and Taiwan. These cutting-edge machines ensure the production of high-quality components which adhere to the Japanese Standard JASO-D 616-2011.

The manufacturing capacity of Ultra is extensive, with the ability to manufacture 150-175 million couplers per month on a 24-hour, 3-shift basis. Currently, our output stands at 120-135 million couplers per month.

Our state-of-the-art in-house Tool-Room facilitates continuous new developments, enhancing our capability to cater to the industry demands. Ultra is also actively involved in manufacturing components for the rising Electric Vehicle (EV) sector.
